General Shipping Guidelines

Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 3:00 PM (EST) will be processed the next business day. -
Payment:
Payment must be made in full by credit card at the time of purchase. No orders will be shipped without receiving full payment. -
Shipping Locations:
We only ship within the United States to states where the sale of cannabis-infused products (THC and CBD) is legally permitted. No orders will be shipped to states where the sale of THC or CBD products is restricted or prohibited. It is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of their state laws and regulations regarding the purchase and possession of cannabis products. We reserve the right to cancel orders that do not comply with state laws. -
Shipping Carriers:
We utilize reputable shipping carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. The choice of carrier will depend on the destination and shipping options selected at checkout. -
Shipping Times:
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on your location. Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost, which can reduce shipping time to 1-3 business days. -
Shipping Restrictions:
Due to federal and state regulations, we cannot ship to certain states where cannabis-infused products are prohibited. As per the 2018 Farm Bill, all products we ship contain no more than 0.3% THC by dry weight. We reserve the right to update our shipping restrictions based on changes in state and federal law. -
Age Verification:
You must be 21 years or older to purchase our products. By placing an order, you are confirming that you are of legal age. Upon delivery, the recipient may be required to provide proof of age to the shipping carrier. -
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Once your package has been shipped and a tracking number is provided, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly in the event of any delivery issues.
Shipping to the Following States Is Prohibited:
Please note that due to current legislation, we are unable to ship to the following states:
- Idaho
- Nebraska
- South Dakota
- Other states where cannabis products are restricted (subject to change)
Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping method and destination. Free shipping may be offered for orders exceeding a certain amount, which will be indicated during checkout.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly through the shipping carrier’s website.
Undeliverable Packages:
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failure to pick up the package, a reshipping fee will apply.
Return Policy
At Distro Brands LLC, customer satisfaction is our priority. We aim to deliver the highest quality products. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on any cannabis-infused products unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Returns and Refunds
- Non-Returnable Items: Due to the perishable and sensitive nature of our products, we do not accept returns for any reason other than damage during shipping or a defective product.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order to initiate a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return or replacement, the following conditions must be met:
- Proof of purchase (order number, email confirmation) is required.
- Photographic evidence of the damaged or defective product must be provided.
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Return Process: To initiate a return for damaged or defective items, please email our customer service team at [email] with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review your claim and, if approved, issue a return shipping label.
- Refunds: Refunds for damaged or defective products will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after the returned product has been inspected and approved. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

- Non-Refundable: Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the error was on our end (e.g., wrong item shipped). We do not accept returns or provide refunds for minor imperfections or changes in taste or appearance due to the artisanal nature of the products.
- Cancellations: Orders may be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
